15 years of warranty on the heating element and the ceramic heat-storage element. 2 years on the control unit and other radiator parts.
Extended warranty applies to selected residential QTherm models. It does not apply to multi-split units.
How to qualify for extended warranty
- Register the product within 90 days of the purchase date.
- Applies to selected residential QTherm models (not multi-split).
- Keep your invoice as proof of purchase.
- Have the unit regularly serviced by an authorised partner and keep service invoices for each year.
- The warranty covers the unit, it does not include installation.
