QTherm air conditioners have a 3-year commercial warranty with annual servicing. Selected residential models have a 5-year total warranty with registration within 30 days and annual servicing.
Standard and extended warranty
For air conditioners with annual servicing by an authorised partner of Alfasol d.o.o. holding a valid F-gas certificate.
For selected residential air conditioners with free registration within 30 days and annual servicing.
Applies to QTherm water underfloor heating pipes (F-Pipe PE-RT2-EVOH) when properly installed.
The 15-year warranty also applies to the ceramic heat-storage element. 2 years on the control unit and other radiator parts.
Extended warranty applies to selected residential QTherm models. It does not apply to multi-split or professional units.
How to qualify for extended warranty
- Register the product within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Applies to selected residential QTherm models (not multi-split).
- Keep your invoice as proof of purchase.
- Have the air conditioner or heat pump serviced once a year, at your expense, by an authorised partner of Alfasol d.o.o. holding a valid F-gas certificate and keep the invoice for every service. These conditions apply to the commercial warranty and do not affect statutory rights.
- The warranty covers the unit, it does not include installation.

Service and support
Report a fault using the form on the Contact page. Air conditioners and heat pumps must be installed and serviced annually by an authorised partner of Alfasol d.o.o. holding a valid F-gas certificate.
Commercial warranty terms
- Warranty provider: Alfasol d.o.o., Kneza Branimira 189, 10040 Zagreb, Croatia, OIB 40343790595.
- Air conditioners and heat pumps: 3 years from the installation date. For selected residential air conditioner models, excluding multi-split and professional units, registration within 30 days of purchase extends the total warranty to 5 years.
- Air conditioner and heat pump installation is a condition of the commercial warranty: it must be performed by an authorised partner of Alfasol d.o.o. holding a valid F-gas certificate, who certifies the warranty sheet.
- Regular annual servicing of air conditioners and heat pumps is a condition of the commercial warranty: it is performed by an authorised partner of Alfasol d.o.o. holding a valid F-gas certificate, at the buyer's expense; the buyer must keep the invoice for every service.
- The list of authorised partners is available on request from the central service: 01 292 29 84, info@klimatizacija.hr.
- For the extended air conditioner warranty, registration within 30 days of purchase is mandatory and free of charge.
- Technotherm radiators: 15 years on the heating element and ceramic element, and 2 years on the control unit and other parts.
- QTherm water underfloor heating pipes (F-Pipe PE-RT2-EVOH 16×2.0): 10-year manufacturer warranty with proper installation. Manufacturer: Alfasol d.o.o. (owner of the QTherm brand).
- The warranty period starts on the installation date, and no later than 2 months after the purchase date. The extended air conditioner warranty does not cover assembly or installation.

Irrespective of this commercial warranty, the buyer has statutory rights against the seller if the goods are defective, free of charge and for at least 2 years. This commercial warranty does not limit or affect those rights.
